Paul Lalwan, Chairman & CEO
Paul has
primary responsibility for the execution of Euraplan’s corporate
strategy and works with senior executives on devising future solutions
for the pensions and investments industry.
Paul
has over 20 years experience in IT and co-founded Euraplan in 1986
with Peter Beckett with a vision of becoming the pre-eminent developer
of investment monitoring and pensions accounts systems. He
is married, lives in Barnes and holds debentures for the Millennium
Stadium in Wales.

Julian
Rigby, IT Director
Julian
joined Euraplan in June 1998, having gained 13 years experience in the
pensions/payroll and personnel software industry. Julian is
responsible for all aspects of Information Technology/Information
Systems and also determines and mutually coordinates the future corporate IT
strategy.

Peter Baker,
Executive Director
Peter joined Euraplan in November 2001. Peter initially worked as a
chartered accountant. In the 1970s Peter joined the pensions department
of Standard Telephones and Cable (now Nortel) and subsequently was
deputy manager at Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo), before joining the
retail giant Safeway, as pensions manager.

Steve
Lynas,
Business Development Manager (OpenAIR Accounts)
Steve joined Euraplan in August 2000. Steve is responsible for the business development of
OpenAIR
Accounts.
Previously Steve worked as an Audit Senior on pension
accounts at Cooper Lancaster Brewers (CLB).

Katherine
Lynas, Associate Director (OpenAIR Investments)
Katherine joined Euraplan in March
1998. Katherine is responsible for the business development of OpenAIR
Investments. Before
joining Euraplan, Katherine worked at State Street Bank & Trust for a
few years after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University and Groupe
ESSEC in International Business.

Katherine Lynas, Manager - Investment
Monitoring and Accounting Services (IMAS)
Katherine joined Euraplan in March
1998. Katherine
is responsible for
managing the IMAS department which input and reconcile data in
Shareholder and OpenAIR Investments
for outsourcing clients. Other services
include transition and foreign exchange monitoring.

Stewart Carter, Implementation and Training
Stewart joined Euraplan in November 1994. Stewart's main
responsibilities are to manage both new and existing client software
installations and subsequent upgrades for Shareholder,
OpenAIR
Accounts and OpenAIR
Investments. This includes pre/post project
management to ensure a successful installation at each client site.
Stewart also provides consultancy services and conducts client training
for all products for both new and existing clients. Before joining
Euraplan Stewart spent 11 years working in IT within an Oil Exploration
company.
